As a company rooted in the legacy of Dr. Sebi's African Bio-Mineral Balance methodology, every product we offer is carefully sourced, prepared, and packaged to the highest standard. Because our products are herbal food products intended for human consumption, we are bound by strict food safety regulations that prohibit us from accepting returns once a product has left our facility.

We stand behind every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered due to our error, we will make it right.
TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL THREE STEPS:

Upon receipt of your claim, we will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may offer:

We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item at our expense before issuing a resolution.
